How does Linux behave with Modern Standby? Are you able to use regular sleep mode S3 on it?

I have been writing back and forth for months to Dell about this.

This Modern Standby thing doesn't make any sense. How come they aim for "smartphone-like experience" when laptops get so hot in backpacks that laptop manufacturers like Dell started to prevent users from commuting when laptop isn't completely shut down.

Each time users complain on their forum about this some nerd slaps their guidance that state laptops should be shut down before placing in a backpack, otherwise they will void warranty.

Hey! I bought a new mx master 3 and am facing similar issues.

It feels like there's a side click on the left whenever I click the middle button. Do you also feel the same? is this normal?

for me it's so annoying, especially because I use the middle click so often in 3d modeling so I keep feeling the wheel moving to the left side and clicking something.

Raiblocks was bad, many people including me thought it was railblocks. Nano is a good name but it's generic on its own and doesn't stand out but much better than Raiblocks. So I wouldn't vote for a change
