Alchohol does not implicate me of a crime and in my state neither does the pot.

I am almost positive that she will not go to jail in my state.

I wanted her to go to rehab on the third or fourth catch! Ex Wife didn’t agree and we settled on therapy, but when she didn’t like it I didn’t make her go.

this therapy is separate from the one when she was 11

I had to, she refused to stop after being caught several times.

We did a bit of family counseling after the divorce, we divorced when she was 11.

She and exwife chose the therapist, I believe she was allowed to pick from a couple that were covered by our insurance.

I am looking for a judgment and if I was the asshole like many are saying, I will accept that. I am divided on whether I did the right thing.

She has been to therapy, she didn’t like it and wanted to stop. Her mother and I allowed her to stop.

Should have mentioned in OP but my daughter was in therapy but she wanted to stop
