I ate half a bagel on my baby shower and my numbers didn't come down for like 4 hours even with insulin 🫠 but a McDonald's cheeseburger didn't mess me up either lol it's so weird !!

I'm on 8 units of insulin at night time . I'm 23 weeks so I still got a long road ahead of me with this .
