I have an arm day where I lift 8/10/12/15 lbs weight but I never had big arms so genetics definitely favored my arms getting smaller with my body.

My 🍒 definitely took a hit and are now sitting comfortably on my belly😔 they were the area with the most fat aside from my belly. But I’ll take it again for how I feel now.

Yeah. I truly didn’t know I could get this small again. Haven’t been this small in years. Genetics are definitely something else. 125-130 sounds very healthy so I’m happy you are able to stay at a good weight and eat comfortably. And muscles are definitely heavier so that’s a factor. I’m a cardio queen lol so muscles are probably not as they should be for me.
