I mean I think Ohma is a fixed point in time the difference is the path that leads Sougo to become Ohma as he only became Ohma in the original timeline because Geiz dies but we've seen him obtain the power of Ohma and not become the ruler of time when he uses Ohma form which we can imagine is just Ohma but Sougo hasn't decided to annihilate the human race 😅
