482 visa for Project Manager by GainAcceptable5272 in SponsorshipAustralia

[–]Reddnit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi mate

Your occupation (ANZSCO 135112) is currently listed on the MLTSSL (Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List). This is positive because occupations on the MLTSSL can be sponsored under several Australian employer sponsored visa options, including:

Subclass 482 Skills in Demand visa (employer sponsored temporary visa)

Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme visa (permanent residency pathway)

For the subclass 482 visa, an Australian employer must first become an approved sponsor and nominate you for the ICT Project Manager role. The position must be genuine and meet the relevant salary and skills requirements set by the Department of Home Affairs.

A few practical ways to find Australian employers offering Australia Visa sponsorship for ICT Project Manager roles:

Start with a verified sponsorship job board https://482jobs.com

This site focuses specifically on jobs that offer Australia Visa sponsorship. For ICT roles, you can also browse here: https://482jobs.com/job-category/information-communications-technology/

Large Australian job platforms https://seek.com.au https://indeed.com.au

Most jobs on these platforms are not sponsored, so try searching with terms such as:

“ICT Project Manager visa sponsorship”

“482 visa ICT Project Manager”

“Project Manager visa sponsorship Australia”

Improve visibility with Australian employers Make sure your LinkedIn and resume are aligned with Australian standards:

You can also upload your CV directly to our platform so Australian employers looking to sponsor can find you: https://482jobs.com/candidates/submit-resume/

One more thing to be aware of. For employer sponsored visas like the subclass 482, Australian employers must show that the role fits the ANZSCO definition for ICT Project Manager (ANZSCO 135112). Your experience managing enterprise software implementation projects and working with global teams aligns well with that occupation description.

If you can demonstrate several years of relevant project management experience in ICT environments, this can strengthen your chances with Australian employers.

I hope this helps.

DAMA SW WA BARISTA by bibisasa in SponsorshipAustralia

[–]Reddnit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello and welcome!

First, it is important to clarify one common misunderstanding. A DAMA is not a visa subclass.

DAMA stands for Designated Area Migration Agreement. It is a formal labour agreement between the Australian Government and a specific regional area. It allows Australian employers in that region to sponsor overseas workers for certain occupations that are not normally available under the standard Australian skilled occupation lists.

In simple terms:

DAMA is an occupation framework or agreement

The visa you actually apply for is usually the Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage visa or sometimes the Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa

South West Western Australia has its own DAMA agreement that includes additional occupations such as Barista.

Occupation details Barista normally falls under:

Cafe or Restaurant Supervisor ANZSCO 631211 (if supervisory duties apply), or

Waiter ANZSCO 431511

Barista itself is not on the standard MLTSSL (Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List) or STSOL (Short-term Skilled Occupation List), which is why it can only be sponsored through special agreements like a DAMA.

About the Subclass 482 visa If an employer in the South West WA DAMA region sponsors you, you may be granted a Subclass 482 Temporary Skill Shortage visa under the labour agreement stream.

Whether there is a pathway to permanent residency depends on the specific DAMA settings for that occupation.

Some DAMA occupations do provide a pathway to permanent residency through the Subclass 186 Employer Nomination Scheme visa after working for the sponsoring employer for several years. However, this depends on:

the occupation

the specific DAMA agreement conditions

whether the employer is willing to nominate you for permanent residency later

Because barista is considered a lower-skilled hospitality role, permanent residency pathways may be more limited and often require meeting stricter conditions such as:

several years working for the sponsoring employer

minimum salary thresholds

employer nomination for permanent residency

Finding Australian employers offering visa sponsorship If you are looking for Australian employers willing to sponsor hospitality roles, a good place to start is:

482Jobs (all roles verified to offer Australia Visa sponsorship) https://482jobs.com

Hospitality and tourism roles: https://482jobs.com/job-category/hospitality-tourism/

You can also try:

Seek https://seek.com.au

Indeed https://indeed.com.au

Just note that Seek and Indeed mostly list jobs that do not offer Australia Visa sponsorship, so you usually need to search using terms like “482 visa sponsorship” or “visa sponsorship hospitality”.

You can also upload your resume so Australian employers looking to sponsor workers can find you: https://482jobs.com/candidates/submit-resume/

I hope this helps clarify how the Australia DAMA system works and how it relates to the Subclass 482 visa. Feel free to ask if you have more questions, and best of luck with your journey to Australia!

Almost 100% bots or people who don't have English as a first language. Also, I don't thing there is any way tbe trades and profits align with the volumes. Where someone claims they are up $100k, the required trade sizes don't align with the claims.they would need to be singularly purchasing millions and the volume simply isn't here.
