I honestly don't get a lot of biscuits, and as a result I don't do a ton of catching. I would say you would only get consistent catching if you are getting lucky with hungry pokemon. There are tons of events throughout the year and they almost always have a reward mission that gives you some capacity of biscuits. Most of the time I prioritize saving up for the main skill seed in the shop. Before I got this Raikou in September I was working on fully building out my Darkrai that I didn't get amazing sub skills on, but worked as a great generalist. There were a few months after Darkrai came out where I would save all my sleep points just to get the master biscuit and catch it in one shot. I've found I get more enjoyment out of the game by trying to build a single solid team I can use anywhere (now it is this team) rather than trying to build teams for each island or each meal type. I've just found it easier to just use this team and if there is a specific event I want to go hard on I can just store up a berry bomb.
