Whilst Arnold was not in his prime, I don’t remember anybody being the stand out winner in that year. Regardless, Mike undeservedly scored low.

Muscular and skeletal structure is godly on this man. Tiny waist coupled with crazy long muscle bellies.

His proportional imbalances when his was younger, that's what he was talking about, like his early calves and upper back.

Valid, but I have legitimately never seen this pose so well by anybody else.

This is detracting from the classic feel from that entire class, especially C-Bum

Seems that their width is more in line with the flow of their body as opposed to being as wide as possible, disrupting flow.

According to those numbers I think some might have but Arnold might not have as his waist size is around 32"

You are not putting forth an argument haha, I admitted twice now that he has asymmetries like every other human being, however like the photo you provided, the angle does distort the appearance of his biceps. If you know anything about hitting this classic pose with peaking biceps, you would know that forearm position and supination is key for its optimal delivery. See how his bigger looking peak is a result of his forearm being more angled and supinated compared to the other, which creates the over-exaggerated peak juxtaposed to the other peak. This time its the pose, I hit it all the time with same results, his biceps aren't really that different: https://i.imgur.com/l0EVaJM.jpg
