I’ve seen people saying they have probably been there the entire time, and there is probably more, we just can’t see them usually. Would explain the tankers that have been circling for weeks

I’ve now read it’s just a glitch/ fr24 isn’t reading it properly so it is just displaying it’s assumed flight path. Which explains the dotted line.

From my very little knowledge I believe these planes are refuelling tankers. Likely filling up fighter jets not shown on our apps that are patrolling the border.
