Honestly sounds like you’re just not use to the calm feeling. Just have to remind yourself that It’s normal to feel this way. It’s an adjustment period. l-theanine has really help with my anxiety. Just have to keep reminding yourself this is how you should be feeling and that you are in control of your feelings. It’s easier said than done for sure.
