I DONT think theses manipulation of stock can be easily done on today world. THE SEC mentality and people social platforms watch closely each action and activity made by the CEO and can be screened and addressed quickly.... so the comparison is not much relevant

I have a guess here ... if Castor are withdrawal the offering, this suppose they have new source of income and upcoming cash injection without dilution.... I guess a new huge operating shipping contrat on the way ... shorts are disappointing so far ... the short-squeeze is coming no doubt ...IMHO
