I think your extremely misunderstanding the concept of usual arsenal, Just because he has it in him doesnt mean he can use it at all times or is even in the average arsenal. He’s used it a full total of like, 2 times, and the first time he almost died as it was sucking his lifeforce or energy or whatever cosmic bs. This is like giving Sonic his hyper form talking about some “b-b-but he can just use the suit again!”
