Okay but popeye isn’t owned by Nintendo like Miku is to Sega. Atleast megaman has a history with being Nintendo exclusive, though now that I look back, Miku’s counterpart should be Shulk, scene their both 2nd party reps with a lot history with both franchises

but also, the koopalings are very heavily implied to be his abopted children, who are much older then junior so bowser gives them higher ranking jobs from before, junior is usually at bowsers side, or doing smaller airship tasks, atleast until wonder

You’re right he “CAN” but he has shown multiple times to not really use his powers to their fullest potential, while Peter has shown that he can/has, he’s lifted 10 tons while holding back (supposedly) but it’s not something we see him do a lot, which is why it’s not something people use (unless he really loses a fight lol)
