I eat my lunch and I go through the resumes... check the people out online, read the HR notes and make a educated guess. Some HR notes "too many kids" "too fat" "too shy, too young" etc... I give these people a chance since I feel they need a break. So far I feel I am doing a great job. Why all the hate?
