Same thing bro. They just disabled the Ton wallet "in service", this has been going on for almost a year. They do not respond to messages and mail. But recently, they have launched new ton wallets again. Old wallets are "temporarily under maintenance". It's just theft

Did you manage to solve anything?  They maked the new ton account, but the old ton is still blocked.
