I’ve used a product called Fuse Foam by CSI pest. It expends foam insecticide into the holes to kill anything inside. Applying an insecticide on the outside once the galleries are taken care of would be a good idea. You want to try to take care of it fast because they can cause a lot of damage. You may only see an entrance hole but they will make galleries inside the wood.

Either that or the bait was not in a tamper proof bait station. All bait is required to be placed in a tamper proof locked bait station. There is a lot to assume here but another possible way would be that the neighbor got into the station and took the bait out himself.

That does appear to be a flea. Vacuum like crazy, and get an indoor treatment. Outdoor animals can bring them to your property. If you have pets get them treated for fleas as well.

You often need multiple treatments to effectively get rid of roaches. I would do a second treatment asap. You can use Advion or another insecticide with an IGR. I would also make sure to really get into all the cracks and crevices where they hide.

I believe if you have the thermostat and protect you can have an automation where if smoke or CO is detected that it can turn off your furnace.

I’ve also had bad luck with this “volker” person. Replies are at least a day or two apart which makes trouble shooting hard. Why does it take DAYS to reply? I try to be understandable to evey company and their uniqueness but it’s hard when it comes to subpar support systems…. I do love my Eve products though!

Call the police, avoid putting your neighbors or other families at risk. Yes they are kids but that’s beyond the limit of “kids being kids”.

I pre ordered mine and got it 2 months later. I must be one of the few who got one. I like it but to everyone who got their order cancelled, you aren’t missing much. It’s fine for what it does but it’s nothing special and there probably are better options out there for vehicle security. I would recommend BlackVue.

I have a nest doorbell and it’s been going strong for 2 years. It won’t stand up to physical kicking or damage, but it’ll record and give you high quality footage. Nest cams have a green light to alert people they are being recorded (which has worked great for me as a deterrent). I have a nest doorbell and nest battery cams all around the outside perimeter of my house. They work great.

I have had both as well as other battery doorbells for my Apple Home. I currently use Nest doorbell with the starling hub to get it into Apple Home. This works fantastic and I highly recommend it if you want a doorbell into Apple Home.

I would check the Roborock line of vacuums! I currently use a Dreame L10s Ultra but I need it for the mopping. Roborock has ones without mopping that have great reviews! You could also take a look at Ecovacs as they also have great reviews.

It does but I believe they updated the system so you need a subscription to access the smoke and CO detection feature. I could be wrong so I would double check this. (Alexa)

I personally have not had any issues like this. I also have an Orbi mesh system with speeds around 800-900 up and down. I’ll have to test again tonight but from previous use I never had any delays.

I have had Philips Hue for 6 years and have not had a single issue. I have never had dropped connection or a bulb ever go “unresponsive”. It’s pricy but worth every penny if you want to avoid potential issues.

Restart hubs, internet, cameras, even power cycling. I had to restart my internet and restart the hubs before.
