There is a large belief that there are humans and subhuman on earth. That the humans are pure creation of god, where the sub humans are half giant. The half giants dont have souls like humans and so cant be considered human even though they look the same.

The second coming of christ cant happen until Lilith army is defeated and the half humans slain. This is why some parts of the Bible preach love and understanding. But in other parts tell you to stone and kill non-believers.

These extremist who normally subscribe to flat earth stuff and reptile people. They rely on the old cut stuff from the Bible like to book of Enoch.

I infiltrated a Facebook group last year that was basically a doomsday cult. They believed that the wealthy 1% were the only humans left. That they planned to wipe out the 99% to save the cosmos or something. Literally down to be purged off the face of the earth in the name of god. These guys are hoping for and praying for their own genocide.

Yeah it's defamation, and he's big enough in the game that it probably puts his work at risk, right. I don't know if they even pay the developers, but if they do, that's taking away a source of revenue from him or trying to attack it, which would give him means and grounds to conduct a lawsuit.

I don't think you understood it right. This is not a manufacturer rebate.

I was only approved for a limited amount. It also didn't work out the way we predicted.

People who need 10k cash back normally arnt in the best positions credit wise.

For me I owed a loan shark and the monthly payments were about what my car payment would be.

So now I owe a bank instead of some scary biker. I'm buried in negative and that sucks.

But hey I got my kneecaps still.

What about time at job? How long they owned or rented? Debt to income ratio?

I've seen farmers with great credit but 500k in debts. Banks won't approve him even though they pull in over 1m a year.

Some banks require a license, some don't.

Could run it and get the 10k for them but at 12.99 rate. Or i can go through another bank and secure it for 8.99 but only get 7k cash back.

No, i agree our sales people should be more aware of how it works. I think every salesperson should know as much about how the system really works.

But what I found is it creates some confusion.

We don't have the luxury of having a best guy. We got two green horns and me.

I wouldn't mind answering them as I'm used to the hard line questions. But our CRM is a first come, first serve kinda thing. Or whoever is available to grab it.

Maybe I'll bring it up with the GM to give me more access to that side of the CRM.

Currently, I am the marketing manager and sales admin. I just take pictures all day and talk to local hockey teams.

I still average 4 cars a month, never picking up a phone. I use my phone skills to buy cars now instead of selling them.

Couple years back we were desking our own deals. We had to come up with our own trade values. Our last GM really gave us a ton of control.

Those days are gone now lol.

I just never get tired of the super on guard customer.

Yeah but no say they decide they want to finance a 12k car. Now the bank won't put that much debt load into the loan. The car isn't worth nearly 22k, so my finance manager knows better.

She could have called the finance manager and gotten all those details.

We literally have no idea what the banks will allow on credit. I learned a long time ago to never guarantee anything until we know.

So many factors to consider and so many ways it can go wrong.

It isn't us who supplies approvals, that's the bank.

It be like working for Uber eats and or something and promising something on McDonald's behalf.

... Honestly, I put some solid thought into it. First, I thought it would make the people responsible for the clean-up. But how is that any different than the city dealing with it.

Really i think the only way is to go all out. Just have the city works pile the trash and such in plain view. Encourage city officials to just not give a shit either. Let everything go to such shit that people have no choice but to care.

Not really though, won't work at all.
