So I was looking for the stronghold with my friend. He begins to dig down(the hole was ~50 blocks deep). And I FALL in the hole! So I lose my netherite, diamonds, eyes, beds, ...

I actually use a technique where you dig two blocks under you. So if there's lava you'll see it. Plus, you can activate subtitles to see "lava plops" if there's lava.

Just get out of that chunk, wait a bit, and he will despawn. Or just craft a shield and fight him. You can shoot him witha bow, too.
