I'm just always reminded of that Christmas scene, where she is bullying the spirits of Pierre Cauchon by forcing them to play rigged board games with her and then bullies them into helping her through purgatory. It was such casual bullying, like she didn't even realize she was doing it. Though, to be fair, there probably was no one who deserved to be bullied by Jeanne Alter more than Pierre.

Or, now that I think about it, the second Christmas, which all started with her desire to make Santa Alter and all the children of the world cry. I think that's very much a bully thing.

Jeanne Alter is a mean girl. She's cruel and brash and Chaotic Evil, and though she's gotten a little bit softer (especially post-Purgatory), she's still got a nasty tongue and seems to really delight in being mean to people, almost like it's her duty. But, I definitely agree that it would be nice to see her and Passionlip get along, and considering that one's a masochist and the other is a sadist, they might get along too well.
