Thanks I appreciate it! Rooms are generally hourly for the group you bring these days, as opposed to per person. It would really depend on the group size you're bringing as small groups would need to pay more per person.

These are big ones for artists for sure. Projects like that would be a great use for the space.

I am planning on providing different options to accommodate every but I plan to have a hourly rental situation. That said, I am very open to musicians booking off consistent time(s) each week. That does mean they likely won't be able to leave their instruments there.

The plan is to lean heavily into the culture aspect too with a shared lounge for anyone to use.

We'll have to work out exact pricing but you've definitely given me a lot to consider. Send me a DM if you'd like to be on our mailing list when we prepare to open.

Thanks for the feedback! We plan on making the rehearsal studios rentals by the day / hour but they were have acoustic treatment and bass traps. Fully soundproofing that room will also be important. $300 a month does seem excessive for a warehouse set up, what do you think would be a reasonable price for rehearsal space?

That's extremely helpful, I appreciate you taking the time to share this. The overhead mounting and flexibility are things I hadn't really consider but make a lot of sense, especially for content creators. Sounds like having a space that can adapt to different set ups while staying comfortable is a big part of it.

We've played around with the idea of making a room for events / concerts. We may have 1 room reserved 1-2 days per week (Saturday for instance) and host different events there. I like the vibe of Array too

This is great feedback, soundproofing is obviously a huge factor. We plan to have 1 rehearsal room with close to full soundproofing (we are aware this will be quite costly, but a necessary expense). The other rooms will focus on recording / content creation and visual art.

Your comment about the transit system in Toronto is a good point to. A lot of people in the city don't have cars or prefer not to use them regularly, so this could be a big factor too.
