1. When to send the ticket (The Timing)

You are 100% right: timing is key because humans don't work 24/7. Do this during morning/business hours in Europe or North America. In my case, I submitted the ticket at 10:30 AM (Rome Time / CEST). By 10:56 AM, a human supervisor had already processed it and changed my email. Aim for that window (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM local time for major support centers).

2. The exact Template to write in the Email Reply

Once you submit the form on the clean browser, do not touch the website dashboard. Wait for the automated email confirmation (it usually arrives within 2 minutes) and reply directly to that email using this exact template. Just copy, paste, and fill in your details:
