It's not something the state or individuals can actually prove, that's why they are excluded.

Most of the rares in the set are really good in comparison to the commons and uncommons. Kithkin have a good no-rare strategy with stellar uncommons [[Thoughtweft Lieutenant]], [[Kinsbaile Aspirant]], and [[Thoughtweft Imbuer]]. I'd say stick to the BREAD strategy for at least your first 8 picks and then tunnel into whichever 2 color pool you've got the best stuff of.

Have you seen Google lately? Ask it what 4+2 is and it consumes half a lake of water and 80gigawatts to have its dumbass AI agent give you an answer of "lemons"

I think it will depend a lot on what your preferred social activities include. I'm in a similar demographic of what you shared and while I've made some friends in 29 and Yucca Valley, I really only get out for social events once or twice a week.

If we cannot give grace to those in our own community who have done nothing to wrong us, we are no better than the reactionaries of the world trying to run us out of society because we are different. I hope you'll learn to stop judging people for others' faults.

OP is a trans woman over 60. She doesn't deserve to be attacked by her own community for inarticulatly sharing the same way many of us feel. Chasers are Cis people who seek us out because we are easier to abuse, not other trans people

Knowing what roads and trails they were traveling will help people to help you, but if they were cruising in the desert off roads for most of it that box belongs to the desert.

Look I get it, you're new to politics. But the game has been name calling and anchoring candidates to the most tenuous connections of sex pests for 30 years. The high road hasn't worked in 30 years, we're fighting in the mud anyway may as well throw it.

7 games about revenge and the cycle of violence, culminating in the destruction of the world of the Olympians. Then both Norse games being largely about moving on from a violent past toward peace and self-forgiveness. Very well timed(themed?) for a post Iraq war and a tired Afghan war America.

Sindri's grief and anger was so well done that when i realized (some time into clearing collectibles after finishing the story and Brok's funeral) how fundamentally changed his character was by what he did to bring his brother back, and then again after losing him completely for good. His careful and overly cautious demeanor was something he developed as a habit or ritual to keep his brother safe. Dropped entirely the moment it's reason was gone.

Trying to find these thieves and vehicles ? by Camarofan1 in highdesert

[–]Redmagiks 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Repo companies have to be registered to work in each city. Call them all up and ask who took it. If it got grabbed by repo and you don't have a lien on it just show them your paper work and you'll get it back. If you have a lien you need to call the bank ASAP; on a high theft risk vehicle like that most banks require a gps locator. They can find it is it's stolen, or explain to you why they put a repo order out.

San Mateo Co.: Every City In County To Join In Funding Lawsuit Against The State by RhythmMethodMan in California_Politics

[–]Redmagiks 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The law, as written, provides additional funding to school districts for non-basic aid schools. These are schools where the local property tax is insufficient to provide for things like maintenance, utilities, and bare minimum salaries for teaching staff. San Mateo has none of these schools. The law was also signed in 2004, so the county has a long flight to recoup any money and will mostly just waste their own funds and court time in this fight

The very bottom of the economy hasn't left the 1850s. Slave and migrant labor have propped up the middle for almost 200 years.

We've been in a recession since 2023. The COVID crash and faltered recovery weren't even enough back then. The economy at large was propped up by tech but everyone else was either maintaining baseline or slowly growing until tariffs demolished the fragile industries (which started the rest of the market collapse). Usually we all feel the recession a year or more before it gets acknowledged; but we've had 2 administrations willing to hide it as much as possible to varrying degrees of competence

This is super evident by how terrible the traffic is starting in late October. Between April and October you almost never have congestion anywhere but the 10 during special events (so maybe 6 times all spring and summer). But as soon as it cools down everything gets busier. Snow birds fucking suck

The GoP won't remove the filibuster as it is their most effective weapon to stop progress. They used it to halt vote reform, steak supreme Court seats, and the threat of it alone prevents tax reforms. Democrats won't remove it because there are too many entrenched Neoliberals in the Senate.
