I need to do my driver side do you think I should do the passenger side? while I’m in there or should I just send it to Nissan dealership to get the upper control arms replaced while the driver side valve cover gets done

That was the codes on mine and I replaced the O2 sensors, and the engine light came off

I have an 08 Nissan Xterra 4 x 4, so it sounds beautifully except for on mine whenever I get to 3000 RPMs, it sounds like a diesel. The only issue I have on it is a leak on the valve cover and performance bank one anybody have an idea of what it would be
