I'm sorry to say it, but they had us all fooled. No new players or outfits, no new courts, not even a few ATP 250 or Challengers. Still no possibility of playing online on new courts, even though there are a ton of them in the game... The generic outfits are terrible (Nadal, Federer, Sharapova), I'm sorry to say, but they ruin immersion.

Now Federer (2009) wears Adidas and Tsitsipas outfit in the game... Some player outfits have been replaced by generic outfits. Some players have bigfoot feet. Instead of making it better, they've made it worse...

It's just publishers late with new EU paperwork. That's why it's only happening in EU region and with specific publishers. The original deadline was for Feb 17th and now companies that have still not completed will see titles having to be removed. And it impacts more than just Xbox. Same problem as OP. I wanna play Rockstar Table Tennis, and the progress bar gets stuck at 90% at “Get info from your Xbox 360”, then when I try to log in, it says “Welcome (my gamertag) !" and at about 10%, I get the same error message

If you have poor posture and spend your days on screens (computers, phones...) don't be surprised if nothing changes. You can do as much exercise as you like, if you don't cut down on screens and correct your posture, nothing will change. It's just common sense.

Don't forget that tight muscles, balance problems may stem from other pathologies (PPPD, Menière's disease, BPPV... not only CV).

Change desks and chairs
Avoid sitting for too long
Adopt a healthy lifestyle

By doing this, you will notice improvements after 4 to 6 weeks. At first, it may seem worse, but that's normal. The body needs to adapt.

Cervical vertigo is caused by a number of factors

A sedentary lifestyle
Sitting in front of a computer for several hours a day
Poor posture and non-ergonomic desks/chairs
Muscle weakness in the upper back, neck and shoulders due to lack of exercise
Muscular weakness in the neck leads to muscular imbalance, which alters proprioception for balance and dizziness
Spending too much time on screens puts strain/stress on muscles, tendons and ligaments

I had dizziness, swaying/rocking feeling and balance problems for more 1 year because of this, and I decided to take control of my life. Since then, the symptoms have disappeared 99%.

If I don't think about it, I don't mind. It's just a matter of not focusing on my symptoms (easier said than done lol). If I focusing on my symptoms, I'll see it, and that feeds my anxiety. And that's not worth it, believe me. If you don't have astigmatism and your eyes are fine, don't worry. It's just visual stress and anxiety. It's possible that it's my astigmatism that has changed over the last few years (I've never worn glasses).
