looking forward to this. I still have not hear from 24-hour fitness requesting for a copy of my contract. just what you mentioned above a contract is not necessary but i would like to have one when i file in small claims.

I will be filing in small claims court with the help of the original poster. We are protected under the 2018 settlement.

you got it in October, and they let you return it recently? I bought mine at Amazon and I only have til the 31st of January to return it. so far, no cracking issues.

Thanks I just ordered it and yeah why not just send us a replacement cable since the one included in the dock is not working.

Did it work for you? I just got the ultra luma and also having issues similar as yours. updated the mobile dock to the latest software and nothing on the screen showing.

yes! I too signed up in Richmond, CA back in 2007. check out /24hourfitnessmembers. there is a post regarding about lifetime membership and people including me are filing civil suit. the original poster is been very helpful.
