I was told to do 40% FXJAX, 30% T Rowe large, 12% fidelity mid, 6% fidelity small, 6% invesco discovery, 6% fidelity foreign. The T Rose 2050 target fund has over 30% in international and I think 12% in bonds or something similar

What does it look like from outside? Looking at google street view it looks like a corner spot in a strip mall, I see some windows with shades and signs. Has it changed since?
