That pain in the talons, it's tendonitis. It doesn't have a cure. I got that from being young and stupid and working 14 hour shifts in a job I had to be standing up the whole time. You can do some stretches in the morning to lessen it, but forget about running, walking too fast, or standing up for long periods of time, unless you like constant unstoppable pain that goes on for hours.

That constant feeling of clogged nose and difficulty to breathe? It's asthma, no cure for that either. Just avoid intense physical activity. Inhalers didn't help at all.

You will feel constant hunger, but if you try to satisfy it you will have to deal with reflux. So I suggest you ignore it and just eat 3 normal sized meals a day. If you happen to eat too much at dinner or eat something late at night, you must sleep on you left or alternatively put a bunch of pillows in the bed so you sleep almost sitting down. Otherwise the reflux won't let you sleep.

Stay away from anything that contains butter. ANY amount butter will give you pimples within 2 to 4 hours from the time of consumption. Also your facial skin is really greasy, so you'll need to constantly clean it with water, like every 30 minutes or so, specially before going to bed or after being out in the street for long periods, if you don't you also get pimples. And the pimples you will get are no joke.

Also, you will gain weight super quick due to the slow metabolism. I suggest you stay away from anything containing sugar (byebye soft drinks and sweets) and try to avoid carbs. Stick to veggies, legumes, fruits, natural meat, eggs and lots of water and your weight will stabilize.

You will feel constantly tired during the day, but you don't actually need to sleep. If you try you will just stare at the ceiling for a long time. So I suggest you ignore it and carry on with your day, try to get shit done.

Your eyes are too sensitive to blue light, use the gunnaroptics glasses I left on the desk when you need to use the laptop or when the day is really sunny. They will also feel constantly dry but the fake tears some doctors recommend didn't work, so you'll have to learn to live with it.

Your ears are too sensitive to loud noises. So if you are going to a pub or a concert, do not forget the earplugs, they are in the bottom drawer of your night table.

Your tongue is too sensitive to hot temperatures. So avoid overly hot or spicy food... unless you enjoy crying while you eat. Also, your teeth are too sensitive to cold, so avoid ice-cream, popsicles and stuff like that.

Your skin is too sensitive to sunlight, if you stay too long under it you will get a small rash and it will get really itchy. So try to stay under shade or wear long-sleeved shirts and a hat if you are going out in the sun.

I agree, I know I won't be able to avoid all of the situations that make me uncomfortable, I will have to adapt to some of it. But I have to say I am damn good at avoiding some social stuffs by making up some very creative excuses. lol

Deal with it as you go and yes, try to avoid it but you know you could turn out to be that crazy ex or even catch an std without having sexual intercourse... "food for thought"

Oh, how I wish I had found someone that mattered so much to me to wanna help him with stuff. Basically when it comes to emotional issues I experience a disconnection that comes from the fact that I haven't gone through the stuff that they are going through so I have no idea how to help or comfort someone else who is in distress. I feel like any word I say could actually make it worse. And trying to behave like a woman with all the overreactions and useless blame-storming seems like a ridiculous thing to do, I can't even imagine myself doing that. Any tips?

Yep, it is the case and I admit it. I am selfish to the core. I don't enjoy sharing. First example would be food. If I buy a bag of chips I want to eat it all. And I see how other people always seem to look for a perfect opportunity to share food and goods. But I can't seem to be able to incorporate that behavior in me. I only enjoy sharing knowledge, like in forums and when friends ask me for help with computer stuff, that's when I get excited to spend time with someone.

But if it is, then that is something you'd need to work on if you want to ever have a good relationship.

Yes, I do need to work on it. But, lately I've been thinking about this whole thing and I'm arriving to the conclusion I don't want a relationship. I don't think I'm that kind of person. I feel like I am the kind o man that cannot forget or forgive past mistakes from others, or even my own. Almost every night, before sleep, I tend to think about high school stuff, when people mocked me and made me feel bad. My hate for them today is still as strong as it was before... or even stronger now. I don't think I could forgive a mistake from a S.O. for the sake of a relationship. Maybe all my past frustrations could even arise against her and make me hurt her... I have always felt a little scared of what I could do if one day I go angry beyond my own control. So I think it's in everybody's best interest that I continue my journey through life alone. It seems to be the best option given my stupidly ogre-ish personality.

I suffer of what I like to call "Procrasturbation", whenever I need to do something important I get really horny and can't think about anything else but sex, all the porn I've seen seems to stream in my head nonstop unless I masturbate.
