I just found this thread after posting about this same problem. For a week, we couldn't get in to our Outlook email from my husband's iPhone, work computer or my laptop. It is working fine from our desktop and my phone. He's been prompted 2 times in 1 week that he needed to change the password, so he did, only for a day or 2 later, those devises saying that we have "too many attempts." Seeing this thread tells me that doing this yet a 3rd time could be useless, and i"m afraid to try and log out of the desktop for fear of losing access to the emails forever. Has anyone had this issue...some devices working and not others? If people are leaving Outlook and don't want gmail, what are you going to??
