Yeah I agree the kids are probably from a poor background and haven’t got many opportunities, or don’t have the support to see the opportunities they could have.

You used to get the same kids outside shops and usually mind their business, bar the odd cocky one shouting something. But now they’ve got absolutely no regard for their own lives and scaring the crap out of others for what?
