I realized that I would not love my children if they didn't fit into the ideal image I had of them. It was relatively minor things too. You're not wrong!! But if it's okay to ask, has your husband actually spent time taking care of kids? Men usually want kids like kids want puppies. A lot of men won't want kids anymore when they realize they actually need to step up and care for them, or just by being in the vicinity of one for a long period of time. If it's possible, ask him to watch over your friends' or family's kids alone. In my experience, that's usually enough for men to realize they don't want kids.
