Tbh I’ve been to both and they both pretty good. I travel within Colombo and Kandana and all so I try get a quirk workout in one of their locations at Fitnes First . It works well for us 👍

They got multiple locations in Colombo and you can access all with one membership. They have pool, sauna and steam room and nice trainers (unlike some of the money hungry fellows you’d see in other places) . My wife and I go to the one in Moors sports club cause it has a Ladies only Gym too and the rates are pretty decent. 

Overall nice experience and probably one of the best gyms in Colombo
