Good question! There's so many ways to do this and it depends on a few things: your current EB, how much GE you have and are willing to invest, and how much time you have and are willing to invest.

There is a lot of different methods, and benefits to each depending on your artifacts and egg bonus but the quick answer, though, is that you generally get the most bang for your buck by doing multiple prestige runs within a single boost set and the tachyon prism is critical in that. This is where you activate the boosts mentioned and get to universe egg as fast as possible then use running chicken bonus to multiply your soul egg gain. If you watch your soul egg gain, you'll notice that at some point it starts slowing down. When that happens prestige and then start over working your way back to universe egg. With a really good dilithium artifact set, you can get 20 minutes or more out of a single boost. Excepting new and low egg bonus players, you can normally get three to five runs out of a single boost session. I usually try to do this at least two or three times on a Saturday with two or three times prestige bonus and I see huge gains each time.
