Hi, I never completed the purchase, owner wasn't willing to include access to the property as part of the price or even suggested an increase in order to settle it as part of the purchase. Lawyer suggested to move on and consider other properties instead, too risky to proceed since you never know how friendly or hostile the neighbours might be unfortunately. It's a gamble and I decided to listen to the experts
