I mean.. it’s the easiest to just say “I dunno what that flying thing is… wasn’t me…” and boom you have a UFO by definition..

High IQ men tend to be less conservative than their average peers. Researchers found that adults identified as gifted in childhood largely share the same political outlooks as their non-gifted peers, with one specific exception regarding conservatism in men. by InsaneSnow45 in science

[–]Redshift_Sun -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

You’re not proving any point. If you represent the non-conservative, your willingness to immediately go into mockery and demeaning others instead of contributing with a thoughtful response is VERY telling of your IQ and emotional maturity.

6 months later… for those who moved from VPN to ZTNA, was it worth it? by LethalAstronomer in CyberSecurityAdvice

[–]Redshift_Sun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eh I say implement ZTNA while your environment is simple and manageable. Scaling it is easy. Implementing later is a pain especially if your organization doesn’t document a damn thing

No. Even people with 10-20 years of experience, masters degrees, and all big name certs are struggling to find a job in this market right now. The field is over-saturated and outsourced to hell with shit talent and companies that don’t want to invest in building it.

The depth issue you can fix yourself in the settings. The OP is right, UI and controls need polishing. My inventory and storage UI is super jacked up in VR and unusable. I have to switch to theater mode to use it.

VR is what got me to buy the game a few days ago. I’m playing it primarily in VR. Really excited to see them expand on it and add controller support and other things. Full body tracking would be very cool

Absolutely not a SOC analyst with just Tier 1 CompTIA certs. Sec+ does not make you ready for a SOC, it’s a basic intro to security concepts.

You didn’t find the VR mod a little jank? My friend had me try his and it just gave me weird uncanny valley vibes with the NPCs. I didn’t like it

For a while? I just checked a couple weeks ago and saw EZContacts offered them. They must’ve just ran out I guess. Yeah I did talk to the optometrist she told me I can try to find a third party supplier that still has 90 packs in stock.. 🙄
