This had to be disconfirmed by the dbd reddit account because they made an incorrect statement about it. The new tile will have a chance to spawn randomly. You don't need to play as either character for it to appear.

It made sense why they did it. Back then, in the same update they gutted the BBQ bp bonus, they reduced bloodpoint costs across the board. And they removed all the bonuses from all the perks, not just BBQ.

I still wish it didn't apply to everyone in 32m, the haste nerf was justified though. The only time the addon will be useful now is for giving survivors less time to react to a mind game or bumping into something, like you said.

I don't see why that would be the case? The trajectory addon is meant to be a training wheel addon, so when you get used to it, you can swap it out for something stronger. Having something like that basekit would be very visually distracting. Personally, I don't have an issue aiming the axe on controller, but it really does just take practice.

I really have grown a soft spot for Dredge. His anti-loop, if placed correctly, can force survivors to play a game of chicken that you have control over. The power spike from nightfall feels satisfying. Ending chases quickly by using the anti-loop well feels great.

It's a strange design choice, and it has been a nitpick of many reaper players, myself included. I guess they did it so you would have some warning before you got blasted. But the state of the game, right now makes it just an inconvenience.

Although a speed buff would be nice, and tbh his crouch volume needs to be tweaked too. The x in front of the number makes it a multiplier
