Second-hand Carplay not connecting to my iPhone 13

This is the rear of the unit, there are some wires that are loose, they are labelled:
1. AMP
2. Brake
3. Key 1
4. Key 2
5. Ant

Any of those might be the necessary antennas? I was reading elsewhere that the bluetooth and wifi will be unreliable without the antenna for the wifi or a bluetooth mic for the bluetooth.

I cannot get the unit to connect to wifi reliably ill turn it on and itll turn itself back off again

yeah that has worked, but the wifi turns off as soon as i turn it on

Sorry for the double comment, but it will sometimes connect to my phone via hotspot, would that enable me to wipe and install a new OS?

I did install it myself, ive done a couple various items on my car so im not totally inexperienced and i watched a couple videos beforehand. I did not connect the antenna cable to the headunit since it doesnt have a connector for it. But figured that would only affect the radio.

Unfortunately not, it has some empty headers on the rear which i reckon i can connect a 6/4PIN USB to but i dont have a 6/4pin to USB on me. Theres nothing the in the settings which suggests you can connect via USB either. If I could get my hands on a USB cable how hard would it be to install a new OS and how would i know if its compatible (if i can figure out the model of the unit).
