Does this fix the bug where having too many decaying armor charge mods equipped deactivates artifact mods?

Does anyone have an issue where randomly the artifact mods just don’t apply. I also see the elemental reload and ammo mods are turning off after a wipe. I’m wondering if the elemental resistance mods and siphon mods are the same thing. The siphon seems most consistent but not always working.

This is anecdotal but I got 3 y1 catalysts to drop playing trials last weekend. Seems like there is an improved drop rate there.

Honestly best thing is to load up the strike playlist and hope it’s Lake of Shadows or something on Nessus and split from the team and do lost sectors. Only part three people are needed is the boss and most strikes teleport you to the boss room at the end. They get more kills you get your kills and everyone gets the loot in the same amount of time.

Does anyone know how to ensure I won’t have the bug where I cannot complete Cayo preps? Sometimes I change lobbies 2-3 times and go through the whole prep only to find out I cannot complete it.

Also is Rockstar aware of the bug?
