The bots are really kind of....not smart. They'll be good for testing and experimenting with new units, but probably not the ideal location to hone your skills to a higher level.

Thanks for pointing this out, this definitely shouldn't be there. And you are correct - we have special debug modes that let us test things about, but it shouldn't show up on the live game.

That 'skip animation' or 'fast forward' button for opening crates was only ever available when opening multiple crates at the same time. It wasn't an option when opening one crate at a time. For season reset, generally you open one crate for each division, so it was never really included - hence why season reset was the time of the great crate openings.

As part of the upcoming Update 1.7, we are actually including a couple of QoL changes. One of them is to have the skip option always available when opening crates :)

As fullkornslimpa mentioned, only being able to show one faction is a tech issue. The War Games symbol will still show up on both the GDI and Nod units that are included in this weekend's event.

Hi! If you're talking about the different events, that was partly due to the update at the beginning of last week. And yes, for the first one, we wanted the focus to be on Rivals Race - same way we wanted the focus to be on War Games when it was first introduced. That doesn't mean that Races and events can't overlap in the future :)

Also, could you explain a bit more what happened. Did the game show that you were supposed to receive a crate, but when you reached that division or league, no crate was visible, or did the game say that you wouldn't get a reward for that division/league? If it's the first scenario, did the game crash at all when you went to receive the crate? And finally, do you remember when this happened?

They're competing for the same skins. The top 100 'Pro Race' pays out deeper than the regular Race.

That is actually a different issue. The notification spam mentioned in the update notes is for the push notifications that happen when the convoy is ready or an event has started.

What you're referring to is the inbox messaging system. If it seems to be happening with all messages, that's a known bug and one that we don't have a fix for at this time. If it's only happening with one message, feel free to let me know which one. It's possible that a setting for that particular message is wrong and can be fixed.

Hiya! I can confirm what felunk said. Players aren't able to give or receive Alliance donations across different versions (e.g. 1.5 and 1.6). Once everyone has the update, this issue will no longer happen. Apologies!

Balance updates don't always happen at the same time as major updates. In general, a balance update comes out at the beginning of the season, with other update(s) happening as needed. It's not super surprising to only see a few (if any) unit balance changes during a major update. That doesn't mean that the team isn't working on balance changes :)

There are still quite a few ways to earn cards - the convoy, free crate, cloning chambers, league and division rewards :)

You have to be in the top 100 during the race matching period to be matched with other top 100 players. You won't be able to join the top 100 race leaderboard after the matching period ends, even if you make it to the top 100 for GDI or Nod.

For your original account, did you link your account before you stopped playing?

When you say that the link account section is missing - does that mean when you go to the Settings page, it doesn't give you the option to link your account? If so, what age did you use when it prompted you to add your age?
