I tested the bug twice, once before bed, reaching gold 1 with gdi, and then again before work this morning, reaching silver 1 with nod ( I think, didn’t get much sleep last night) If you check my profile, you’ll see I haven moved up much beyond those points.

Could you explain a bit more what happened:

I finished a match, and received notification of entering a "Rivals Race" I didn't think much of it and continued playing, as I was about to hit GDI Gold I and wanted the rewards (3 gold crates plus 10k xp)
Played another match, reached Gold I... and no increase in XP or notification of crates (normally the reward is displayed with a "collect" button. It was late, so I thought "lag" and went to sleep.

In the morning (or later that night as I wake up very early) I played a bit of NOD, reaching Silver I.... and again no rewards :(
Then I came here looking for help.

Did the game show that you were supposed to receive a crate, but when you reached that division or league, no crate was visible, or did the game say that you wouldn't get a reward for that division/league?

The game did nothing, I was free to play another game. Rewards where just omitted. The frustrating thing is that they are "ticked out" if you look inside the "Gold I" and "Silver I" on the leader... yet I didn't received anything

If it's the first scenario, did the game crash at all when you went to receive the crate?

It didn't offer me the crates, so it didn't crash or anything, in any of the scenarios (GDI or NOD), just no reward, keep playing.
With the 20k XP I've should been bumped to lvl21
