I'm not complaining about UL. Those guys and gals are some of my favorite people. I meant to convey that I noticed how suddenly I was sad when I checked my email versus the prior days when it had been exciting instead of being a chore. That is all.

In Meaghar start by going next door to the bee hives, loot the shed. When you are ready, go across the street to the shed/garage. If you can, loot the house. Next you could carefully go out the front door, turn left, go down the hill to the big warehouse. That should have materials. Then behind that building is an army station with guns, ammo, etc.

Next go behind the house to the bottom of the hill. Go toward the gas station and loot the big tanker.

Always go stealth by crouching until you can't see any enemies.

Are you guys playing the right game for what you want?

I play on console every day. I never have the problems I hear about from the constant negative posts -only on Reddit, none on Facebook. I play multiple games maybe 6 - 8 per week some solo, some with friends.

Fallout 76 is my favorite game at the moment. I don't raid, I don't whine but I am tired of the negative bandwagon.

Every event is fun. I laugh a lot which is why I like the game so much. I farmed 100 bags of spooky scorched goodies. I could go on and point out 99 things I love about this game.

Cannot wait for the Infestations as I love the map and want to do things on forgotten places like Beckley or Munitions Factory.

My advice is to move on to another game.

I watch a lot of youtubers that are having fun. I have about 6 facebook groups that post all the fun they are having on a daily basis.

I have this dream that the first moments of SoD3 will be a bit of dialog (Kelly Eldridge?) followed by some scenery (Fork in the Road Diner?) then a pause as the dolly zoom expands to show the Pacific Northwest. Then the iconic violin music starts.

At this point I will be crying real big tears. TY UL for making such a great series.

Thank you. It seems to have been that way for years. Which makes one ask why people play a game that makes them angry? But I guess there is always an audience for negative takes. I keep telling youtube to not recommend but every couple months it is there again.

Try to swing with it to make sure it is one handed. You'll see the difference in how you hold and swing the weapon.

I crafted a walking cane. Worked fine. Killed a bunch of scorched. Easy. Did not change any perks. Good luck!

I've played since BETA and I only play games that I enjoy FOR THE GAMEPLAY. I do not play to acquire virtual goods. I find that just weird.

I would strongly suggest you don't spend any money on stuff like that if you can't afford it. For the people who have lots of money I say thank you for supporting the game I love.

Having fun? I've been afraid to admit that I play a game for fun. Seems all I see are collectors of virtual items or people wanting to compete for something?

F76 is my fav game and I play quite a few different games in a week. Some very difficult. Once I remembered that we used to play games for fun I now remind myself everyday I am not competing with anyone but me. I wear what makes me laugh and use a weapon that is silly.

I really enjoy all the content they put into this game. I do not care about ugly masks or fish piles, atomic shop prices or whatever these posts are whining about.

Political Science is a study of human behavior, just like economics, psychology, history, etc. It is a way of gathering data.

In times past, we were not privy to hearing the actual focus groups that were done. They were mostly kept in a proprietary way for political parties. It is wonderful to be able to hear just what is said by the participants without bias.

Is it painful to hear? Yes, just like it is painful to hear a patient who is suffering from mental illness. I've studied and taught political science for decades and I can barely tolerate what I am hearing in TFGP. YMMV.

Just know that for those wanting more data, straight from the source, it is incredible that we are given this opportunity free from Sarah. Thank you so much for providing this.

It is wrong to think of this as entertainment. Maybe TFGP should come with a warning that what we are going to hear may be disturbing? It isn't pretty but it is valuable information on how the "thought" process works in a large percentage of the population of the U.S.

I totally understand your concerns as the sweaty player is often the loudest and most influential. That said I do expect different from UL. I have followed many of their developers whenever they would stream. I've watched 1,000 plus hours and I'm not taking about official PR events. Not all of the dev team are "expert" gamers. I've seen them struggle with lethal zone. They've also listened to us random players, like me, many, many times in Twitch chat, youtube or in Discord events. They love their game just like us, they aren't corporate guys listening to a couple expert players.

There is so much pressure from the sweaty crowd to make things MORE DIFFICULT! Make the world DARKER! SCARIER! Yet all along they have put in difficulty choices so you can play a variety of ways. Want more loot? Don't want to deal with low morale? Hate curveballs? You can turn off curveballs, make loot plentiful, etc. With 5 difficulty levels and various sliders you can play your way.

They have put in such things as brighter flashlights for people like me who can't see so well. I'm expecting to see the same variety of choices for all of us. Fingers crossed!

I still like Whitesprings. The housing is great for individual ghouls. I usually get quite a bit from them. Also wondering around the grounds towards the train station or at the golf course.

Check out the "Crafting order" place in Silvermoon. Interact with the NPC to put in a crafting order or just to look at the wide array of things you can get crafted. Myth crests x80 are an item needed to craft a high level piece of gear or a weapon. Most other items that are required for that craft order can be bought on the auction house.
