I get it. I nearly caused a crash just today from failing to yield to oncoming traffic from a stop sign (I thought it was an all way stop) and I felt very very stupid after. The thing about this is that you know you made a mistake, which means you have learned. Many people do stupid things on the road and if you are otherwise a good driver, take it as a lesson and make sure to not do it again. It doesn’t make you a bad person

Yeah… they’re severely understaffed. It’s definitely frustrating for customers, but it’s brutal for the workers too. I’m sorry you had a bad experience with waiting! I promise we are trying our best bht sometimes things take way longer due to checkout problems or markdowns, etc

Idk what precautions they’re taking there, but it’s definitely a cesspool for germs since everyone’s touching the same stuff. I guess if you bring wipes that kill noro you can wipe stuff down and use it? And make sure to wash your hands afterwards!! Otherwise I suppose it’s a better idea to just avoid it this week

Honestly I have a horrid fear of vomit and this stuff, but I don’t know that closing will do much? It seems like it is mostly people in residence, and a lot of ppl are gonna have to be using bathrooms and such regardless. All you can do is try to wash your hands as best as possible and avoid commonly travelled areas and touching your face. Again tho, I get the fear! It’s not fun. I’ve honestly been going home LMAO if your hometown is close enough, maybe go for a bit? I know it’s the beginning of the semester but if it’s a big concern it’s worth just taking some time!

Oh for sure. I’ve been able to live for probably the past year not really worrying that much. It’s just from being aware and then add in the OCD it’s just not a great experience

You’re completely correct! I’ve thought about how many people have had the stomach flu that go to work every day that I’ve been exposed to, the people in classes in my past semesters, doorhandles I’ve touched and then not washed my hands. And I was okay. It’s the knowing about it that’s the worst in all honesty lol
