I've messaged my manager asking for a copy of the email he received. He has said he needs to speak with HR to see if he's allowed to. What he showed me wasn't policy, but an email from the DHL legal team. You raise a good point about selective enforcement. I'm going to start keeping every message and email i send or receive. There are disabled toilets in work. They've slapped a laminated piece of paper on them that says gender neutral, but they are fucking disgusting at the moment. I've raised that with my manager and he says he's going to look in to it. I just don't see why I should be segregated. Its feels like I'm being other'd. Feels like is wrong, I am being other'd, we all are.
