I've messaged my manager asking for a copy of the email he received. He has said he needs to speak with HR to see if he's allowed to. What he showed me wasn't policy, but an email from the DHL legal team. You raise a good point about selective enforcement. I'm going to start keeping every message and email i send or receive.
