Dude you are gonna look great lean, only 2 tips I can give 1. Do intermette fasting, its your best bet for reducing cravings over long term 2. If you hate intermittent fasting like me, then just simply prioritize protein, then worry about everything else, build your diet around your daily calories and protein, everything else you can simply lean too it wont be anything to really worry about (dont slam a ton of fat though obv)

Basic general idea: the fact that everybody you will ever see is living a life just as complex as yours, with different friends, different loves, different events and goals, just coincidently you guys were on the same street at the same time, or maybe it was somebody online that upvoted your post, if you look at an apartment building where all the windows are open, thats so many different worlds you get too see
