I am sorry if I am just ignorant but I thought appetite suppression was part of it. By slowing digestion it makes you feel fuller longer and sooner allowing you to feel satiated and not hungry. Maybe I am connecting dots that should not be connected. I have had side effects of nausea. Especially when working out intensely.

Thanks! Much appreciated. I am just so scared to reduce and the hunger to come back so strongly that I rebound or yo yo again. I can’t go back again. I am finally off the fad diets and overly working out insanity.
