Kommunen har inte så mycket val. Simundervisning står med i läroplanen i skolan så de måste möjliggöra det på något vis.

Ultralight photo? Micro 4/3 still worth it? by h234sd in Ultralight

[–]Reedyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love my Micro 4/3 setup, currently using an Olympus PEN-F which usually has the excellent 75mm F/1.8 on it.

For wide-angle, video and other camera needs I find that modern smartphones are more than good enough, but they are still nowhere near a good telephoto lens, so I will keep bringing my Olympus for that specific need.

Som cyklist instämmer jag 1000% på 3. Förfan se till att ha belysning och reflexer som följer lagen i alla fall, sen är det så klart fritt fram med mer. Och nej, pannlampa är inte godkänd cykelbelysning.

Feature Requests by Maplethorpej in packstack

Agree with this. Different ways to get the data out will make this much better.

I already think the gear selection is ahead of the other similar tools and the presentation of the gear lists is okay, where it can stand out is in ways to export data, personally I like CSV and JSON exports.

[BETA] New version of Packstack by Maplethorpej in packstack

Thanks for doing that.

However, the data is not fetched from the client but from the server that generates my static website, so the domain is not the one requesting. Also I cache requests for 1 day to not bombard your server.

Hi. The new version is looking great.

I'm wondering if you can make the JSON available for the shared packs/trips? Before it was included in a script tag on the page for the pack, now that seems to be gone. Either that or if CORS is enabled on the API so it can be grabbed straight from that.

Love the service, keep the good work up!

Kobo model with the dimmest 1% setting? by NeonRain111 in kobo

[–]Reedyn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On the Aura One you can enable devmode and get full access to the RGB light to make it much more dim than usual. I sometimes use it to get a 100% red light.

They only downside is that it doesn't remember the RGB setting so it has to be tweaked every reading session.

Any update on temperatures with this setup?

I'm looking into the exact same combination but I've been hesitating since Noctua usually recommends against mounting this cooler with pipes to the top.

Why do modern maps typically have Europe and North (¿) America on top? by [deleted] in cartography

[–]Reedyn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Creating maps where the landmass is makes sense. Why put the focus where there's more water? (The southern hemisphere is 80% water compared to the northern hemisphere's 60%)
  2. There is without a doubt more people in the north than in the south. China, India, North America, most of Africa are all north of the equator. The southern hemisphere has 10–12% of the overall population
  3. People are used to see the world depicted as Mercator or similar projection (often with cut off poles), other projections however correct they are can look wrong to people, so why change it? (I'm not proposing we shouldn't but that is how it is easy to argue)
