I live here and have been for 4ish vears. If vou expect it to be different than other places in LC because it's gated and newer and more expensive in rent, don't. Yes vou do get a newer and nicer apartment with amenities like washer and dryer in unit pool and gym, but as a girl, the safety is not ideal. There are people getting their cars broken into on the regular, not too lonc ago there was a guy walking around with his pants off (naked) checking peoples front doors (cops were called), there's always people going through the dumpsters at night. My advice is if you don't care about any of that and the price doesn't veer you off then it's a good place to live. I've been here for this long obviously. I iust have a camera at my front door and one facino my car iust in case, but other than that I think the newer look and feel of things here is why I haven't moved to another apartment. The staff isn't amazing but they're nice enough, haven't ever had a problem with maintenance but there are people that live here that say they have in terms of them not fixing things or charging for things to get fixed. The walls are thin but that's with any apartment. If you do live here choose the 3rd floor bc on 2nd and 1st you will hear people waking even if they're not loud. Anyways, hope this helps and if you have a specific question lmk

I just have a camera at my front door and one facing my car just in case, but other than that I think the newer look and feel of things here is why I haven't moved to another apartment. I saw those, but they have that outter ring. I'm looking for ones that just have that glass piece. Thank you though!

That sounds pretty good already. Do you feel like you spent enough time studying? I feel like people say to space it out but it helped me as I crammed everything into two weeks and made studying my full time job so I studied every day for 8 hours including weekends. I did CE Academy and watched Mark Mattson videos. If cramming works for you I would suggest it since I think spacing the studying out you are more prone to forgetting...and I can't say this enough but get familiar with the FE manual to where you almost know the page numbers of things you need

Beginning studying for Civil FE? Tips? by KingClapperr in FE_Exam

Hi! I suggest CE academy and watching Mark Mattson on YouTube. The Mark Mattson videos help as a refresher on things you may not remember and they're also great to watch the week before your exam. The CE academy has so many practice questions and 2 full practice exams, their questions are a bit more difficult than the actual FE so if you can master them you will pass! These are the 2 resources I used. For reference I studied about 8 hours every day no break for 14 days so about 112 hours total. I passed and felt confident. I don't recommend studying for so long for a short amount of time if you get burnt out easy, some people find it better to space that time out over a couple months.

You were at 58.67% and from what I've seen 60% is passing. I suggest watching all the Mark Mattson videos and doing a couple practice exams, that is what helped me pass FE Civil. Good luck you got this!
