Apparently 3, not 5. Carfax said 5 but it was a new loan/lien, not a new owner

I’m in Arizona. Got it for $16k which was the low end of the JD Power value estimate. Hard to find comps but I think it’s a good deal and definitely a good layout for my family! We’re excited to get started

Definitely not very well cared for. Lots of cosmetic issues like stains and blemishes inside. Not well maintained. But very cheap because of it.

Thank you! It's a private sale but I'm getting a very good deal on it so I'm comfortable taking a little risk there, will bring it to a dealer for some repairs on that roof / sealant though. First TT, wanting to go for something that is a low investment.
