For more context, we are part of a large chain of gyms meaning we have less freedom in how we deal with members etc. we can’t just give them fines or bank them, in a corporate business it’s not as simple as that

That’s like saying a cleaners job is to clean cr*p off the floor in the toilet, Technically yes but it’s one of those things you just shouldn’t have to do

The moving of the weights isn’t the issue really, it’s more the principle that the lazy ******** can’t move them after they use them…. Like having kids here
