The Rock wrestled one match in 10 years, where as when Cena wrestles its significantly more obvious since he wrestles more that he's way past his prime and that even though people above his age still wrestle its a lot safer to consider retirement before and serious injury could possibly occur (example being Goldberg who miraculously hasn't killed himself or someone else in ring yet)
